There are also public sources of information that we may use such as Directory Enquires/192.

When we are dealing with your case you may reveal some information that could be considered to be of a sensitive nature defined by the Data Protection Act 1998.  Rest assured,  we only use this type of information for the specific purpose you have provided it for.   We will never sell your details to third parties for marketing purposes. We will however have to pass your details to other people such as our legal and medical experts, who need these to deal with your case. We may also disclose information to authorities such as the Police and the Inland Revenue, but only where required or permitted by law or it is necessary in your case to do so.
